1. General Terms & Acceptance

These Terms & Conditions (hereinafter referred to as "the Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you (the "Player" or "User") and fh9999 (hereinafter referred to as "fh9999", "we", "us", or "the Platform") governing your access to and use of the fh9999 website located at fh9999.app and all associated services, including casino games, sports betting markets, promotional offers, and customer support features.

3. Account Registration & Security

3.4 Account Currency

4. Deposits, Withdrawals & Payments

4.1 Deposits

4.2 Withdrawals

4.3 Transaction Disputes

4.4 Currency & Conversion

5. Bonus & Promotional Terms

fh9999 offers a range of promotional bonuses and special offers to both new and existing players. All bonuses are subject to the terms set out in this section as well as any additional terms specific to the individual promotion. Claiming a bonus constitutes your acceptance of all applicable terms.

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New players who successfully register a verified account and make their first qualifying deposit may be eligible for a welcome bonus of up to ৳20,000. The welcome bonus is subject to wagering requirements, a minimum qualifying deposit threshold, and an expiry period, all of which are published on the promotion page at the time of the offer. 5.2 Wagering Requirements

Players found to be exploiting promotional terms — including but not limited to bonus hunting, arbitrage betting, collusion, or using multiple accounts to claim the same bonus — will have their bonus funds voided and their accounts reviewed for compliance.

fh9999 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotional offer at any time without prior notice. Changes will not affect bonuses already claimed and in active use, subject to the original terms of that promotion.

6. Betting & Gaming Rules

The following rules apply to all betting and gaming activity conducted on the fh9999 platform, including sports betting, live casino games, slot games, fishing games, and crash titles.

6.1 Sports Betting

All sports bets placed on fh9999 are subject to the specific market rules applicable to each event. fh9999 offers betting markets on cricket (including BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, and international fixtures involving Bangladesh Tigers), football, kabaddi, and other sports. In the event of a dispute regarding a match result or market settlement, fh9999's decision — informed by official scorecards and recognised governing bodies such as ICC, FIFA, and their affiliates — is final.

• Bets placed after an event has started (in-play bets) are accepted at fh9999's discretion and subject to live market availability.
• Minimum and maximum stake limits apply to all markets and are displayed on the bet slip at the time of placement.
• fh9999 reserves the right to void any bet placed in error, on an incorrectly priced market, or as a result of a technical fault.
• Winnings from sports bets are calculated based on the odds displayed at the time the bet was accepted and confirmed.

6.2 Casino Games

All casino games available on fh9999 — including slots, live dealer tables, fishing games, and crash titles — are powered by certified third-party game providers including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Ezugi. Each game operates according to its own individual rules, which are accessible from within the game interface. 6.3 Technical Malfunctions

• 7.2 Money laundering: Using the fh9999 platform to conduct, facilitate, or conceal any form of money laundering or financial crime.
• 7.3 Collusion: Cooperating with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game or betting market, including but not limited to chip dumping and coordinated live casino play.
• 7.4 Bonus abuse: Systematically exploiting promotional offers in a manner inconsistent with normal recreational play, including through the use of multiple accounts, artificial wagering patterns, or deliberate low-risk bonus conversion strategies.
• 7.5 Use of software tools: Using automated bots, scripts, artificial intelligence tools, or any software designed to manipulate or gain an unfair advantage in game play or betting.
• 7.6 Harassment: Engaging in abusive, threatening, or harassing behaviour toward fh9999 staff or other players through any communication channel.
• 7.7 Chargebacks: Initiating unjustified payment chargebacks or disputes with your payment provider in respect of legitimate fh9999 transactions.

8. Account Suspension & Closure

fh9999 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, including — but not limited to — the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions
• Failure to complete age or identity verification within a reasonable time period
• Suspected fraudulent, collusive, or money-laundering activity
• Detection of a duplicate or multi-account situation
• A player's own request for self-exclusion under the Responsible Gaming Policy
• Account inactivity exceeding 12 consecutive months

8.1 Player-Initiated Closure

You may request the closure of your fh9999 account at any time by contacting our support team at [email protected]. Upon receiving your request, we will process the closure within 48 hours. Any remaining real-money balance (excluding non-withdrawable bonus funds) will be returned to your registered payment method following completion of any pending verification requirements.

8.2 Inactive Accounts

An account is considered inactive if no login activity has been recorded for a period of 12 consecutive months. fh9999 will attempt to notify you via the email address registered to your account before applying any inactivity procedures. A monthly administrative fee may be applied to inactive accounts after the 12-month inactivity period, reducing the account balance until it reaches zero or activity resumes. The fee will not reduce your account balance below zero.

9. Limitation of Liability

• Service interruptions, delays, or errors caused by events outside fh9999's reasonable control, including network failures, payment provider outages, or force majeure events
• Decisions made by third-party game providers regarding game outcomes, RTP configurations, or jackpot awards
• Any reliance placed on information published on the fh9999 platform, including odds, statistics, or promotional content

Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit fh9999's liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

9.1 Platform Availability

fh9999 does not guarantee uninterrupted access to the platform. Scheduled maintenance, emergency technical work, or circumstances beyond our control may result in temporary service unavailability. fh9999 will endeavour to provide advance notice of scheduled maintenance wherever practicable but accepts no liability for losses arising from unplanned service interruptions.

10. Amendments to These Terms

fh9999 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. The revised Terms will take effect on the date specified in the notification.

Your continued use of the fh9999 platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must stop using the platform and may request account closure in accordance with Section 8.1 above.
